Found in Translation

Wedhar Riyadi is presented in Found in Translation, a duo exhibition with Sejin Hong at The Untitled Void.

Beginning with touch, Wedhar's practice traces fingerprints, stains, abrasions, and signs of wear across hand-moulded clay, registering the relationship between body, material, and time. These objects are then photographed and digitally transformed, shifting from physical matter into constructed images and exploring the boundary between object and representation.

Found in Translation considers the relationship between perception and reality, exploring how the world is interpreted and reconstructed through our senses and lived experiences.
